| is a concern then get a Prius, if power luxury and space are your concern then get the escalade and fuel consumption be damned. So many ways to eliminate lag in these cars, I would just get high $ headwork done and go full breather mods with mid-sized or smaller turbos rather than try to re-solve an already solved "problem" of turbo lag. "Full boost at 1k rpm" is irrelevant, the only time you will ever be that low on the rpms is at idle. Utter waste of money. These cars are not geared for driving much below 2k rpm....it has been at least 10 years if not longer since many have managed full-boost in the 2k rpm range and lag was the last thing I ever read anyone complain in the dozens of cars that have replicated it over the years here.
